How Aurecima handles personal data on the parent platform
This page explains what information may be processed when you use the Aurecima parent site, how it may be used, and how this notice will be updated as the platform grows.
Last updated: 20 March 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Aurecima handles personal data on https://aurecima.com. It applies to the parent platform website and its directly controlled pages. Specialist subdomains or future Aurecima properties may have their own privacy notices where their data use differs.
Who this policy relates to
This policy relates to the Aurecima parent site. The parent site currently acts as a platform and brand layer for specialist digital properties.
If a separate Aurecima property uses different tools, forms, tracking, downloads, or operational systems, that property may publish its own privacy notice in addition to or instead of this one.
What information may be processed
Depending on how the site is used, Aurecima may process:
- basic technical information needed for site delivery, security, and performance;
- standard request and server log information such as page requests, browser type, timestamps, and related diagnostic data;
- information you choose to provide if a contact method is added in future;
- preference or consent information if cookie, analytics, or similar controls are introduced at a later date.
At the time of writing, the Aurecima parent site does not operate a public user account system, member dashboard, or live public contact form.
How information may be used
Aurecima may use information to:
- operate and deliver the website;
- maintain security, performance, and technical stability;
- investigate faults, misuse, or service issues;
- maintain basic operational records;
- support future platform improvements where lawful and appropriate.
Lawful basis
Where personal data is processed, Aurecima may rely on lawful bases such as legitimate interests for running, securing, and improving the site, legal obligations where applicable, and consent where a later feature requires it.
If non-essential tracking, analytics, cookies, web storage, scripts, or similar technologies are added to this parent site in future, this notice should be updated to reflect that change.
Cookies, storage, and similar technologies
This parent site should be read on the basis of its current live implementation. If non-essential analytics, cookies, local storage, scripts, or tags are introduced in future, Aurecima should provide an updated notice and any required consent controls before relying on them.
Basic site operation may still involve standard browser, hosting, or infrastructure processes that are necessary to deliver pages securely and correctly.
Sharing of information
Aurecima does not state that it sells personal data. Information may be processed by hosting, infrastructure, security, or technical service providers where reasonably necessary to run the website.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect the site, its users, or its legal position.
International processing
Some hosting, infrastructure, or software providers may process data outside the UK. Where relevant, appropriate safeguards should be used in line with applicable data protection requirements.
Retention
Aurecima aims to keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or generated, including site operation, technical troubleshooting, record-keeping, and legal compliance.
If no specific retention period is stated, the practical criteria used are operational need, security, compliance, and whether the information is still relevant to the purpose for which it was held.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights relating to personal data, including rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability where applicable.
If future consent-based features are added, you may also have the right to withdraw consent for those features.
Complaints and questions
Aurecima does not currently list a public direct email address on the parent site. Where a contact route exists, privacy questions should be directed through the official contact channel published on the Contact page.
You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you believe your personal data has been handled improperly.
Updates to this notice
Aurecima may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the parent site changes, new features are introduced, or specialist subdomains develop their own operational requirements.
If the site later adds contact forms, analytics, newsletter tools, accounts, or downloads that create different privacy implications, this notice should be revised to reflect that.
